Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
• Experience in hotel maintenance operations and safety compliance.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experienced Maintenance Technician.
• Ensure maintenance functions follow brand standards for compliance and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
• Complete preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Maintain pool and spa maintenance per brand standards and health regulations.
• Schedule and perform repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations safely.
• Delegate, supervise, and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist other departments with guest requests and concerns.
• Educate hotel personnel on emergency procedures and safety, act as Manager on Duty when required.
