Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team on site in a hotel setting. You will perform preventative maintenance, manage repairs, and ensure safe operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems to support guest comfort and property standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of hotel maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years in a hotel maintenance position preferred.
• In-depth HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical or technical trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms.
• Perform preventative maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Paint and replace electrical components; maintain HVAC systems.
