We are currently conducting a search for a maintenance mechanic to join the team of a manufacturing client in Janesville.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and pipefitting experience.

Responsibilities Overview:

• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:Inspect machinery, listen for anomalies, and use diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical failures
• Repairs and Replacements:Fix broken parts, assemble components, and install replacement parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Preventative Maintenance:Follow scheduled service plans, which include cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and testing equipment to stop breakdowns before they happen.
• Installation and Calibration:Set up new machinery, align parts, and calibrate systems to match technical manuals and blueprints
• Record Keeping and Safety:Document completed tasks in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) while strictly adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines
