Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
• Basic PLC and automation knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Troubleshoot 24VDC–480VAC electrical systems, VFDs, sensors, and basic PLCs.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Perform basic welding, fabrication, mechanical repairs, and equipment modifications.
• Complete maintenance documentation and follow LO TO and safety procedures.
• Assist with equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.

Maintenance Mechanic

Pay:

$30-$35/hour

Shift:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Location:

Morgantown, PA
