Job summary

The Mosaic Company, headquartered in Florida, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Bartow, FL. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment, using hand tools, welding, and precision measuring tools. Safety training and CMMS input are required.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of related experience or an accredited apprenticeship, and the ability to work with cranes and large machinery in an outdoor industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (Associates preferred).
• Four years of related industrial mechanical experience or completion of an accredited Apprenticeship.
• Phosphate industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair machinery and equipment per established plans.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication.
