Job summary

The Mosaic Company is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Bartow, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various equipment. A high school diploma, along with at least 4 years of industrial mechanical experience, is preferred. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of related industrial mechanical experience.
• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Ability to operate mobile equipment including boom trucks and aerial man lifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plant or mine equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
