Job summary

AMP Robotics Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Technician in Commerce City, CO. The role covers maintaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on all facility equipment, including balers, sort lines, loaders, and forklifts.

The technician reports to the Plant Manager and ensures compliance with safety and environmental standards. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of relevant experience, and skills in pneumatic and hydraulic systems,

Qualifications

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED; technical certifications are highly desired.
• 3+ years of direct experience maintaining same or similar machinery in a production or processing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic equipment, circuits, and components.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Motor and gearbox replacements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all processing and support systems to specifications meeting safety and environmental regulations.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues presenting during shifts.
• Increase equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Promote safe work practices and assist in hazard identification and risk controls.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and operations.
• Support inspections and ensure repairs are entered and actioned in the CMMS.
• Act as emergency coordinator for the plant.
• Follow company and regulatory safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
