Responsibilities

• Visually inspects and tests machinery, tools and equipment to assure proper working condition.
• Diagnoses machine faults by listening to operation variations and discussing with colleagues.
• Dismantles defective machines and installs new parts.
• Maintains pipes, gauges and related equipment.
• Installs and repairs automated machinery and robot controllers.
• Operates machine tools to repair or fabricate parts and fixtures.
• Performs safety and housekeeping duties and follows hazardous material procedures.
