Job summary

OSI Group is seeking aMaintenance Mechanic to proactively maintain machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance. The role includes assisting with installation, servicing, daily communication, and keeping accurate job records.

The ideal candidate has basic mechanical/electrical knowledge and the ability to read technical drawings. Overtime, safety compliance, and a complete benefits package are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical/technical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of tools used in maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation and servicing of equipment using hand tools.
• Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks.
• Move and lift components using hoists, dollies, or other equipment.
• Update daily work communications and maintain records.
• Keep tools, parts, and supplies organized and in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area and use safety equipment.
• Follow safety, GMP, and environmental requirements.
• Complete job orders and other duties as assigned.
