Job summary

OSI Industries, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to proactively maintain machinery and equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical understanding, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a maintenance mechanic
• Familiar with air compressors, pumps, boilers and other common mechanical equipment
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and manuals
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in heights/ confined spaces
• Computer and technology aptitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and servicing equipment using hand tools
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks
• Move and raise components with hoists or dollies
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area and use safety equipment
• Follow safety, GMP and environmental requirements
• Execute job orders and keep records
• Assist teammates with troubleshooting across grades and shifts
