Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in our plant. The role reports to the Maintenance Leader and is an hourly position.

Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, safety adherence, reading blueprints, performing motor replacements, and supporting development projects while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school.
• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Combined knowledge of mechanical technology with electrical and electronic circuits.

Responsibilities

• Address equipment issues, perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
• Read blueprints, schematics and diagrams for repairs.
• Plan and execute lubrication and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with development and experimental projects and maintain records.
• Follow lock-out tag-out procedures and work on de-energized equipment.
• Complete motor replacement and wiring repairs as needed.
• Travel for training as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform miscellaneous duties.
