Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Wooster, OH is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth operation of our manufacturing processes on the production floor and maintenance areas. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing equipment used in transforming sheet metal into HVAC components.

Key responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• An associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is advantageous.
• Three years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and perform preventative maintenance.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues and replace components; adjust machinery.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report.
