Job summary

Watts is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support production equipment and facility infrastructure in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role involves installing, maintaining and troubleshooting advanced mechanical systems, CNC equipment, and PLC-based manufacturing lines.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with electrical systems up to 480V, PLCs, and FANUC robotics, with a strong safety mindset and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with electrical systems from low voltage through 480 volts.
• Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair CNC-based equipment and mechanical systems.
• Perform precision maintenance on production equipment and conveyors.
• Repair motors, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics as required.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment and robotics cells.
• Support new equipment installations and process changes with engineering.
