Job summary

Ultipro in Tulsa is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and electrical systems. You will read blueprints and schematics, troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, and order parts as needed to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include installation and repair of electrical components, testing and tuning equipment, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Plays a key role in preventative maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Reads schematics and blueprints to diagnose issues and order parts.
• Experience with PLC-based control of industrial equipment required.
• Capable of basic troubleshooting on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and components.
• Diagnose causes of equipment failures using schematics; order replacement parts as needed.
• Install and repair electrical systems and components on industrial machinery.
• Layout, test, troubleshoot, and modify electronic components and panels.
• Test new equipment and adjust operation as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance actions and safety checks.
