Qualifications

• Must have tech or trade school certification beyond high school.
• Proven safety-conscious mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Experience across electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and diagnostic instruments.
• Willing to work any shift, overtime as needed.
• Understanding of PLC programming and computer operation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment including programmable controls.
• Plan and perform maintenance following electrical codes and safetyprocedures.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment per OSHA requirements.
• Advise operators on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records for equipment and components.
• Perform preventive maintenance as directed and assist others with troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor other maintenance staff as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
