Job summary

This full-time, permanent role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports the maintenance department in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications include 5+ years of industrial mechanical experience, a high school degree, forklift certification, and familiarity with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Degree.
• 5+ years industrial mechanical experience in a production environment.
• Prior forklift certification.
• Familiarity with environmental, health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handling of general facility maintenance.
• General office and manufacturing maintenance.
• Lubrication/oil changing of heavy production machinery.
• Repair/replace bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, etc.
• Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost saving measures as required.
• Perform all duties while maintaining high quality with every day thoughts for Environment, Health and safety.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
