LLFlex in Louisville, KY is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to support safe, efficient operation of our plant. You will maintain and repair production equipment including laminators, conveyors, and motors, lead preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with OSHA standards, and teamwork with a skilled manufacturing staff. Benefits start on day one, with PTO and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding and fabricating.
• Experience with OSHA safety standards for industrial machinery and lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety requirements and promote a positive safety culture.
• Perform maintenance to keep plant and equipment operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, install, and repair conveyors, machines, motors, gear boxes, and pumps.
• Fabricate and weld mechanical components to support equipment function and plant operations.
• Operate forklifts and other tools to perform maintenance duties.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, document calibrations, repairs, and inspections.
• Maintain records of repairs and tests per guidelines.
