Job summary
Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for our Cape Girardeau, Missouri facility. The role involves troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing plant machinery and structures on a set 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED required.
- Five years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience with 480V three-phase electrical systems required.
- Experience or training with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical drawings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Repairing industrial equipment
- Replacing glands and seals in pumping equipment
- Analyzing equipment malfunctions, determining the procedure and repairing
- Installing and maintaining machinery
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems
- Performing preventative maintenance functions
- Performing plant start up and shut down procedures
