Job Objective

This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related experience
• CT State Motor Vehicle Driver's License

Essential Job Functions

• Make daily rounds observing plant mechanicals and building structure.
• Carefully clean all commercial dryers in laundry areas daily.
• Perform work orders safely and promptly, including security coverage for building entrances.
• Perform snow removal.
• Assist in emergency matters, including fire safety procedures and extreme weather on-call services.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Salary

$21.5 - $22.00 per hour
