What You Will Do

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform building and grounds maintenance duties to uphold our Mission of Love. Responsibilities include:

• General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills for maintenance work
• Knowledge of OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and standards
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and evaluating equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing systems
• Performing preventive maintenance and assisting with major repairs
• Demolition and renovation tasks, including fixtures and fixtures replacement
• Supporting other trades and responding to emergency calls, including weekends and holidays
• Handling snow operations during winter weather
• Completing work orders via computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of masonry, carpentry, building maintenance, painting, and excavation equipment operation
• One or more years of experience in trades preferred
• Vocational or technical training beneficial
• Valid PA Driver's License
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills
