Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems for our production lines. This role ensures equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues to reduce downtime.
3. Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
4. Collaborate with OEM support to troubleshoot control systems (VFDs, PLCs).
5. Maintain accurate maintenance records; experience with MaintainX is a plus.
6. Ensure OSHA/safety compliance during maintenance activities.
7. Assist with equipment installation and upgrades.
8. Ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude (230-480v 3ph, 120v AC, 24v DC).
• Familiarity with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and VFDs.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, boilers, air compressors, and forklifts.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
