Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a meat processing plant in Hialeah. You will perform maintenance on meat processing and packaging machinery, troubleshoot issues, and support equipment uptime.

Salary ranges from $58,000 to $65,000 per year on first shift (7 AM–4 PM). A High School diploma and 2 years of experience are required, with strong safety, GMP, and food-safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Install and set up new equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose issues using blueprints, diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety, GMP and food safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Perform welding, fabricating, and machining as needed.
