Qualifications

• Enrollment in a program such as Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical/Electronic Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks (inspections, cleaning, and basic checks).
• Support work orders: document observations, help gather parts/tools, and close out tasks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting under supervision (mechanical issues, equipment resets, visual inspections).
• Help with repairs and installations using standard procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in maintenance areas and follow LOTO procedures.
• Support inventory tracking for tools and consumables.
• Participate in safety walks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Learn and be responsible for assigned tasks (changeover, pan upkeep).
