Job summary

The Maintenance Mechanic maintains and supports reliability of manufacturing equipment through preventative and predictive maintenance, effective troubleshooting, and clear documentation of processes. Training is up to 18 months with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase.
• Able to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliability of equipment through preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Document processes and communicate technical details clearly.
• Support continuous improvement and training initiatives.
