The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in various tools, and strong communication skills. Must be able to lift heavy materials and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. This role is key in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience (i.e., repairs at home, vehicle repair, etc.).
• Possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations and calculations.
• Ability to kneel, crouch, squat, and climb for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of equipment, furnishings, plumbing, electrical systems, heating/air conditioning.
• Monitor work environment and public areas for safety hazards.
• Assist with proactive and preventative maintenance of all equipment and tools.
• Drive company vehicles safely and keep areas clean and organized.

Skills

Hands-on maintenance experience

Proficient in use of power and manual hand tools

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds intermittently

Strong communication skills in English
