Home Market Foods in Norwood, MA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II to join our maintenance department. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems, including conveyors and production equipment, to keep lines running smoothly.

This full-time, on-site position offers a 1st shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, a base pay range of 29 to 42 USD per hour, performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a Maintenance Mechanic in food manufacturing or pharma preferred.
• MA Fireman 2 License and/or Ammonia Operator 1 Certification preferred.
• Valid US Driver's License required.
• Ability to read schematics and use hand/power tools.
• Knowledge of cGMP/GMP standards.
• Strong collaboration and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using manuals and schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to maintain performance.
• Identify and replace defective components to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Coach Mechanic I associates to achieve shift objectives.
• Undertake other duties or special projects as assigned.
