Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking aMaintenance Mechanic for the 2nd shift in the Southern NH area. You will fix and maintain manufacturing equipment, set up production lines, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. The role requires safety compliance, lifting up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Annual pay ranges from $60,320 to $83,200 plus a $2/hr shift differential and bonus potential. Benefits include health coverage and 401(k) match. This is a full-time, first-shift?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience (food industry preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly equipment startups to ensure smooth operational readiness.
• Set up production lines and perform necessary tooling changeovers.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of process equipment including mixers, depositors, freezers, metal detectors, conveyors, shrink film machinery, printers and labelers.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
• Conduct daily inspections of refrigeration systems, roof areas, utility rooms and other critical spaces.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
• Adhere to GMPs, OSHA standards and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, PM tasks and work orders.
