Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repairs of industrial machines.
- Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
- Diagnose PLC problems and take corrective action.
- Record all maintenance activities using CMMS.

Maintenance Mechanic II - 2nd Shift
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345 - 100% onsite.
Shift:Days/Hours: Monday – Thursday - 3:45pm to 2:15am (4X10 hour shifts)
Duration 6 Months Contract
Technician II, Line Maintenance 2nd Shift
Overtime: As needed on Friday and Saturday nights.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.
• Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.
• Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
• Knowledge of and experience in troubleshooting and repairing all production equipment
• Knowledge of and experience in using small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written procedures
• Ability to read and understand drawings and electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Knowledge of personal computer operations and skill in using software packages including Microsoft Office
• Ability to respond to and answer/solve technical questions and problems
• Tear down, inspect and rebuild production equipment
• Ability to diagnose PLC problems and take the appropriate corrective action to repair
• Requisition needed items for inventory, spare parts and emergency repairs
• Support 5S
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience.
• Minimum 2 year's experience.
• Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines
