Technician II, Line Maintenance

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 3:45pm to 2:15am

What You'll Do

• Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.
• Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.
• Repair industrial machines and troubleshoot all production equipment.
• Use small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc.
• Follow verbal and written procedures accurately.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
• Utilize personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Respond to and resolve technical questions and problems.
• Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild production equipment.
• Diagnose PLC problems and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, and emergency repairs requisitions.
• Support 5S initiatives.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in repairing industrial machines.
