Technician II, Line Maintenance

Hours: Monday to Thursday – 3:45pm to 2:15am
WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Perform preventative, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety checks, repairs, installations, and modifications on production equipment.
2. Record all maintenance repair activity on production equipment and fixtures using CMMS.
3. Repair industrial machines and troubleshoot all production equipment.
4. Use small tools, micrometers, calipers, gauge pins, multimeters, etc.
5. Understand and follow verbal and written procedures.
6. Read and interpret drawings, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
7. Operate personal computers and use software packages including Microsoft Office.
8. Respond to and resolve technical questions and problems.
9. Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild production equipment.
10. Diagnose PLC problems and take corrective actions.
11. Requisition items for inventory, spare parts, and emergency repairs.
12. Support 5S initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Two-year technical vocational training and/or military experience.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience.
4. Knowledge of and skill in repairing industrial machines.
