Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to upkeep residential apartments and common areas on our campus in Glen Mills, PA. You will respond to work orders, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting is required, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential, apartment, or commercial setting.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances.
• Working knowledge of HVAC.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance work orders promptly.
• Support General Services team in problem solving and resident experience.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and public areas.
• Maintain HVAC equipment including preventive maintenance and emergency calls.
