Job summary

Maris Grove, located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, is operated by Erickson Senior Living. We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to upkeep residential apartments and common areas on our campus.

The role includes responding to resident work orders and performing routine and emergency repairs to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces for residents. The position offers Tue–Sat, 12pm–8:30pm shifts, with compensation starting at $20 per hour, commensurate with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Working knowledge of residential building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, flooring and appliances.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt responses to resident maintenance work orders.
• Contribute to the General Services team’s visibility and problem-solving in resident living experience.
• Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and community public areas (electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Maintain HVAC equipment with scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency calls.
