Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I for Corsicana, TX. The role focuses on maintaining process control, electrical, and instrumentation equipment to sustain or improve performance.

You will work with the maintenance team to enhance equipment reliability, develop procedures, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Prior manufacturing maintenance experience and an AS degree or technical training are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AS degree or technical schooling preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing mechanical field and maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans and manuals.
• Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Repair complex procedures on chemical plant equipment following instructions.
• Collaborate with maintenance manager and engineers to improve reliability.
• Develop electrical maintenance procedures and checkouts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, specifications.
• Support capital projects for maintainability and reliability goals.
• Adhere to quality, safety, health and environmental requirements.
