Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in manufacturing mechanical field or AS degree.
• Experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting plant issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and manuals.
• Basic safety training such as Right to Know, Hazmat, Hazwoper.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repair procedures in a chemical plant following written instructions.
• Collaborate with maintenance manager and engineers to improve equipment reliability.
• Strengthen electrical skills with the maintenance team.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
• Support capital projects by reviewing equipment selection and layout for maintainability.
• Participate in PSM activities and ongoing education to stay current with technologies.
• Maintain records of equipment history and service for future planning.
• Adhere to Tremco safety and quality procedures.
• Work onsite at Corsicana, TX.
