Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent and two years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction or repair work.
• Must have, or obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Painting, or HVAC/Control repair fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled maintenance, repair, remodeling, alteration and construction of buildings, facilities and equipment.
• Maintain interior and exterior building systems and collaborate with other trades for new construction and remodeling projects.
