Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic I role performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance emergencies, performing preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

1. Education: Trade school or equivalent training and experience required.
2. License/Certifications: Boiler training certificate required. State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date. Valid Driver’s License required.
3. Experience: One year of related experience required.
