Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Allentown, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform mechanical and electrical maintenance with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging CMMS tools to document work and manage spare parts. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with related work experience.
• At least 1 year of mechanical and electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass the Ramsey Mechanical Aptitude Test (or equivalent).
• Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production lines.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs using drawings and specs.
• Maintain process, packaging, and facility systems including compressors, refrigeration, boilers, and water treatment equipment.
• Support equipment changeovers and line setups, ensuring smooth transitions between products and shifts.
• Rebuild, fabricate, and install equipment parts to extend asset life and performance.
• Record work in SAP-PM or similar CMMS and manage spare parts inventory.
• Assist in peer coaching and training for maintenance staff.
