Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid NJ Driver’s License required.
• Driver’s Education course within 3 months of hire.
• Black Seal Stationary Engineer License or obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on college property and equipment.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Assist with carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks as apprentice level.
• Report issues to Facilities Manager or Director for immediate action.
• Perform general clean-up and support on all campus facilities.
