The role requires hands-on maintenance, recording time and materials used, and coordinating with the facilities team to ensure safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates will have 3 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in maintenance and repair of non-automotive equipment.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to read plans and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Respond to campus mechanical issues as first responder or team member.
