Job summary

Responsibilities include performing repairs, maintaining equipment, responding to requests, managing the maintenance system, and assisting with project planning and coordination with supervisors and subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance including knowledge in plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Proficient in English speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs at all facilities as assigned.
• Maintains and repairs hospital equipment and health center facilities under supervision.
• Responds promptly to staff maintenance requests.
• Maintains the computerized maintenance system and schedules activities with supervisor.
• Assists in planning projects and coordinating with subcontractors as needed.
• Ensures grounds, landscape, and floors are well-kept and safe for staff and patients.
