The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently or supervise maintenance activities. Duties

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
• Repairs and installs hospital building equipment, furniture, and etc.
• Assembles various types of hospital equipment, furniture, and etc.
• Performs snow removal and groundskeeping.
• Practices all workplace safety requirements
• Maintains the safety of the environment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or internal requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in institutional, commercial, or industrial general maintenance work.
• Certification/Licensure: Clearances: As required by State and Federal Law.
• Required: Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or lead a team in fast-paced environments.
