Job summary

Luxfer Gas Cylinder seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to service high‑pressure gas cylinder production equipment. The role requires troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems. You will work from blueprints and manuals, comply with safety standards, and perform CMMS data entry.

Shifts include 2nd: 1:30pm-10pm and 3rd: 9:30pm-6am, with overtime as needed. Company offers benefits and 401k with match, plus holiday and vacation pay.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints, diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/electronic failures.
• Experience performing preventive and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical/electronic failures of production equipment.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance using blueprints, diagrams and manuals.
• Follow safety guidelines to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Report and record data in CMMS.
• Support on-the-job training and practical maintenance tasks.
