Job summary

Luxfer Cylinders in Riverside, CA is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. The role pays $18.00 per hour, Monday through Friday with opportunities for overtime and weekend/scheduled Saturdays.

Responsibilities include starting up, operating, monitoring, and shutting down machines according to SOPs; loading/unloading parts; inspecting quality; performing setup and minor troubleshooting; and maintaining a safe, organized 5S workplace. Must pass drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of Manufacturing Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines per SOPs to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Load unfinished parts into machines and remove finished parts safely.
• Check part quality with designated instruments and adjust as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area and report issues to supervisor.
