Job summary

Luxfer Magtech is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain production equipment in Saxonburg, PA. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a manufacturing environment.

You will train the production team in basic maintenance, organize spare parts, and coordinate maintenance tasks across electrical, pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and machine shop areas. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety requirements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability and willingness to work other shifts (not rotating).
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining production equipment.
• Train production team in basic maintenance.
• Organize spare parts and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Handle electrical, pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical work, welding and machine shop tasks.
• Troubleshoot, tear down and reassemble machines and parts.
