Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Marana/Tucson, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support inspection, maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and greenhouse systems at the Bayer Innovation Center.

You will work with the Chief Engineer, perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, replace lighting and filters, assist with HVAC and climate controls, and ensure safe operation through CMMS documentation and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in general building repair and maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work safely at heights.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting operations.
• Repair and maintain interior and greenhouse areas.
• Assist with building and equipment maintenance as directed.
• Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, and change filters.
