Job summary

PepsiCo in Rosenberg, TX seeks a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will perform multi-craft maintenance, inspect equipment, and respond to calls to keep production running safely and reliably.

You must be able to lift 15–50 lb, work weekends/holidays, and endure extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and loud equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, valves, and pumps.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and testing tools.
• Use preventive maintenance systems and work orders to support equipment reliability.
• Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, and take corrective action.
• Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to maximize equipment efficiency and safety.
