Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment at 663 North St, Randolph, MA. The role requires weekend and holiday work, and the ability to lift heavy loads in a high-temp environment.

Responsibilities include fixing pneumatic/hydraulic systems, diagnosing AC/DC electrical issues, and supporting equipment reliability with preventive maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must work on weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and electrical testing equipment.
• Use preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking to support equipment reliability.
• Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs, and take corrective action.
• Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to help maximize equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.

Quick Look

• Pay: $43.47 per hour


• Location: 663 North St, Randolph, MA, 02368-4317


• Schedule: Sat, Sun, Mon, 10pm (Fri) - 10am (Mon)

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older


• Required to work on weekends and holidays


• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and reliably.

What You’ll Do

Helpful Experience

• Deep understanding of high-voltage wiring (480V 3-phase motors)


• Multi-craft maintenance and repair (e.g. performing interrelated repairs on electrical systems and mechanical systems)
