Job summary

CROWN Uniform & Linen Service, a longstanding regional employer in New England, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep production equipment running smoothly. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive and emergency maintenance, and assisting with equipment installation.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid fireman license or ability to obtain one, and strong mechanical/electrical skills with 5–7 years of experience (1–3 years minimum).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have 2nd class fireman license or higher or ability to obtain one.
• Ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of mechanical experience; 1-3 years is required.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains complex production equipment.
• Troubleshoot failure and repairs.
• Predictive maintenance of equipment and facility.
• Scheduled and emergency maintenance of equipment and facility.
• Performs basic maintenance and upkeep of facilities, grounds and buildings.
