Crown Linen Service, Inc. is hiring a 1st Shift full-time Maintenance Mechanic for our Brockton, MA facility. The role involves maintaining facility and production equipment, troubleshooting failures, and performing mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, light plumbing and electrical maintenance.
Installation and fabrication of equipment updates are also part of the job. The ideal candidate will have a 2nd Class Fireman license and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with opportunities for overtime.

The Maintenance Mechanic is a key part of Crown's Maintenance team and will be responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in safe and proper operating condition. The Maintenance Mechanic repairs and maintains production and other facility equipment, troubleshoots equipment failures, and performs routine and emergency mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, light plumbing and electrical maintenance. In addition, the Maintenance Mechanic assists with the install of new equipment and fabricates new equipment or supplemental pieces when needed. The Maintenance Mechanic will apply preventative measures to the building and equipment to reduce the risk of future problems and defect and identify and correct safety hazards to prevent injuries.
