• 20% - Install new equipment.
• 5% - Repair HVAC equipment and general electrical maintenance; machinery upkeep.
• 10% - Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance; electro-mechanical work.
• 5% - General shop upkeep, cleaning, and organizing.
